Enable auto logon for Web interface

Adaxes Web interface supports Windows Kerberos authentication, which allows signing in without entering credentials. If auto logon is enabled, the Web interface will use the credentials of the currently logged on user. To enable the feature:

  1. Open Adaxes Web interface configurator.

     How
    • On the computer, where Adaxes Web interface configurator is installed, open Windows Start menu.

    • Type Adaxes Web interface configurator.

    • Press Enter.

  2. In the top left corner, select the Web interface you want to customize.

By default, all Web interfaces use the Sign In settings of the Common Sign In page. If you want a particular Web interface to have different settings, select it in the list. Otherwise, select Common Sign In.

  3. In the left navigation menu, click Sign in.

If the left navigation menu is not displayed, click the icon in the top left corner.

  4. Select the Auto-login (Integrated Windows authentication) checkbox.

  5. Save the changes.

  6. Configure Kerberos/NTLM authentication in web browsers. For details, see Enable Kerberos/NTLM authentication in web browsers.

  7. If Adaxes service and Web interface are installed on different computers, enable the Trust this computer for delegation option for web servers. For details, see Enable trust for delegation for web servers.
