Do we understand correctly that you mean the name and the icon of the account registered in DUO mobile authenticator application? If we do, unfortunately, there is no possibility to configure Adaxes to add the information about the user name to the QR code displayed when enrolling for Password Self-Service. Users can change the name and the icon of the registered account in the DUO application itself. Is there a way to get the name of the user who approved a request and supply that to a step inside of a custom command? For example, HR submits a status change for an employee. ... and pass it as a param in a custom command that is called in one of the steps?
