Hello,

We have users who never log to AD on a workstation but only use Outlook OWA. The Exchange value Last Logon is not an AD attribute. How can we disabled these users after a certain amount of time of inactivites ?

Thank you :)

Hello,

AD users who are inactive in Exchange for a certain amount of time can be disabled using a script executed in a scheduled task. For us to provide you with the script, please, specify whether it should also enable users. If it does, please, describe the entire desired behavior in all the possible details with live examples.

Thank you. The script does not need to enable the user.

Hello,

Thank you for clarifying. Have a look at the following script from our repository: https://www.adaxes.com/script-repository/check-if-account-is-inactive-in-exchange-longer-than-a-period-of-time-s654.htm. You can use it in a scheduled task like the following: image.png
