Customize approval form

How do I customize approval form so approver would get more information and context what should be approved or not?

"Are you sure want to approve the request?" isn't enough. I would like to see something like "Are you sure want to approve removing user x?"

Hello,

Unfortunately, there is no possibility to modify the messages displayed when processing approval requests. All the information about the operation requiring approval is present in the approval email notifications and in the request description when it is viewed.

We set up a new hire form that has serveral custom text attributes that include pay rate, etc. These fields are routed to the correct departments via a PowerShell ... Is there anyway to prevent certain attributes from displaying in the approver request email?

Hello I try to create a form that lets HR create a user themself, but they need the approval from the IT-Department, so the IT-Department can check the new employees personal data and configure their pc. Or do you have an alternative idea for this process?
