Fatal Error when connecting to self-service portal after updating to latest Adaxes release

image.pngUpgraded to the latest adaxes release yesterday and now this morning we are not able to access our self-service portal. We have rebooted our server and verified our adaxes service is successfully connected our domains. Any help would be appreciated, thank you!

Hello,

For troubleshooting purposes, please, post here or send us at support@adaxes.com the following information:

  • A screenshot of the Multi-server environment dialog. The dialog displays how many Adaxes services you have and what their versions are. For information on how to view it, see https://www.adaxes.com/help/MultiServerEnvironment.
  • Specify whether the Web interface component is installed on the same computer(s) where the Adaxes service runs.
  • If the Web interface component is installed on a separate computer, specify whether you upgraded the component to the same version as the Adaxes service.
  • Do you face the error for other Web interfaces?

After we updated our site to 2018.1 suddenly the Password Self Service link is throwing an error: " Could not load file or assembly 'Softerra.Adaxes.Adsi, Version= ... . The system cannot find the file specified." Other interfaces are workin as expected.
