Hello,

we want to set calendar permissions for members of a distribution list. The mailbox on which the permissions must be set is specified, no variable.

Example: Members of Distribution List A should get "Editor" on Mailbox B.

I'm not sure how to set this permissions, can you point me in the right direction? Thanks.

Hello,

Unfortunately, there is no such possibility for distribution group members. According to Exchange restrictions, the permissions over a mailbox calendar can only be granted to members of security groups.

It can be done in the Exchange properties section of the mailbox.

Hello,

Do we understand correctly that you have on-premises Exchange? If that is correct, for a group to be available for selection, it must be mail-enabled in Exchange.
