Hi,

I found where to show enabled users only in the group membership window, but when we export the content of the group, it also exports disabled users. Is there a way to export enabled users only?

Because fo policies, we don't strip disabled users from groups. But we don't want them to show in the exports as it will create noise...

Thanks.

Hello,

When you export an object via Adaxes, you can specify what properties should be exported. If you have permissions to view the specified properties, the properties will be exported in full. Even if some values of the Member property are filtered out from a form, they still stay in the property and will be exported as its part.

If export of enabled group members into a separate file meets your needs and only enabled members are displayed in the Members section of your form, you can export the members in the following way:

  1. Select the members in the section (e.g. via Ctrl+A).
  2. Click More.
  3. Click Export. image.png
