Business Unit - Disabled Accounts not showing up in Webinterface

Hi there,

I've a business unit containing all shared mailboxes. In The Admin Console the filter is okay and the affected objects show the accounts:

But when accessing the web portal and looking in that business unit - it does only show the accounts which are not disabled.

Is it possible to edit this anyhwere, or is there another way to provide a list of all shared mailboxes (which are disabled aswell).

Hello Constantin,

Most probably, the Web interface is configured not to display disabled user accounts. For example, this is the case for the Self-Service Web interface out of the box.
