is it possible to disable the email notification for all actions in Approval Requests?

Hello,

No, currently not. The only thing you can do is disable all e-mail notifications, but in this case it won't be possible to send e-mail notifications via Adaxes at all, neither via the Send e-mail notification action, nor to notify users to enroll for Password Self-Service etc.
