Hello,

For troubleshooting purposes, please, specify the following:

  • What URL are you using when the error occurs?
  • Do other URLs work fine?
  • What version of Adaxes are you using? For information on how to check that, have a look at the following help article: https://www.adaxes.com/help/CheckServiceVersion.
  • Were there any changes made before the issue started occurring? If so, please, describe the changes in all the possible details.

Any additional information will be much appreciated.

None of the URLs work (Admin, Self Service, Help Desk, Configuration) the version is 3.14.18804.0 and no changes have been made in several weeks.

Hello,

Thank you for specifying. The issue occurs because your version of Adaxes requires .NET Framework 4.8 or higher. Please, install it and check whether the issue persists.

We need to run a scheduled task twice a year, so I chose every 182 days like it's suggested in here, only problem is that there is no way to change the next run ... really don't want these tasks to be triggered again if they've already been executed this year.
