Do we understand correctly that you mean the name and the icon of the account registered in DUO mobile authenticator application? If we do, unfortunately, there is no possibility to configure Adaxes to add the information about the user name to the QR code displayed when enrolling for Password Self-Service. Users can change the name and the icon of the registered account in the DUO application itself.
