Hi,

One of our partner name is ABC in our AD and then later on it changed to XYZ. We gave my partner adaxes before changing the name and after changing the name the security groups what they have it is not showing in the Member of Option in the adaxes of a user. I think after changing the name of OU it break the security groups. Help us in popping up the security group folders in Member of Option.

Hello,

The groups displayed in the Member Of section depend on the permissions of the logged on user account. Could you, please, specify what exactly you did in terms of the renaming? Did you try to log in to the Web interface with the credentials of the Adaxes service account (specified during the software installation)? Are the groups still not displayed in this case?

Any additional details will be much appreciated.
