Modify DescriptionOfOperationToApprove

Is it possible to modify DescriptionOfOperationToApprove to include more descriptive text. I am okay even if I am able to modify after approval mail is generated. So approver can see more details when he/she visits the the view approval portal.

I am running an external program (ps) with appproval option & it just says Run External Program <Name> for <Target User>. I would like to include little bit of other details like CustomAttributes which is used by my scripts & answers are supplied thru home actions options.

Hi team, I am trying to set a primary smtp address to a user based on input during creation. If someone set a specific email in form, this is stored in customAttributeText3 and ... a specifc email address as primary? Do I need to run a PS command to set it?
