Hello,

Is your domain running in, Windows 2000 Mixed, Windows 2000 Native or Windows Server 2003 Interim mode? The Secretary attribute was introduced only in the Windows 2003 Server Native mode. To fix the issue, you can remove the Secretary attribute from the Web Interface form for editing users. Our domain is running at the Windows Server 2008 R2 Functional Level

Removing the Secretary attribute from the Web Interface form resolved the problem.
