How to create a user login history report?

It is only possible to view user logins to the Web interface. It can be done using a built-in report, Web Interface sign-ins. By default, the report is located in container Reports\All reports\Miscellaneous\Logging.
Hi , i want to export users are in specific archive database named ARCHIVE01 using report function. How can i do that? I want to see how many users are using ARCHIVE01 as a Archive Database?
The report criteria would be as follows, Name/Last Logon Date of any user that was disabled in the last 30 days. Furthermore, if possible, how would I publish this to the user ... run a report and/or choose which dates to run the report, on his own? TIA
For example, if the scope is a specified OU, running the report will list management history for every object in the OU even if it has had no management operations ... so objects that have not had any recent modifications are excluded from the report results?

Using this built in function: There is no option to change the domain on the user account, however this is not the domain we use for UPN. However after creating a user, you can change it but trying to avoid going back into the object.
