Hello Danilo,

Both of these reports can be created by copying the built-in Inactive users report and modifying the script used to generate it. For details on how to create and modify scripts for reports, please, have a look at this tutorial. Please, pay particular attention to the Script section on step 6.

For details on how to schedule reports, have a look at this tutorial.

Should you have any issues updating the report script, please send us all the possible details about the reports you would like to configure, and we will help you. For example, for report 1, should the account exclusion list be hardcoded in the report or should it be taken from a file share each time the report is generated?

Thank you for the information, i will take a look at the links provided.

The scheduling of reports i am ok with, i have got some scheduled already.

For report 1. We currently have a file that we use in a file share but if we can harcode it into the report but allow updates of Account exception as and when required, we could look at doing that.

I have also used the current Inactove User report and tried to edit it to work for my needs, but cannot seem to get the part right where it generates the report to provide a list of users who have a last logon or lastlogontimestamp for more than 30days from current date.

Hello Danilo,

Would it be convenient for you to have a list of distinguished names (DNs) of users to be ignored right in the report script?

cannot seem to get the part right where it generates the report to provide a list of users who have a last logon or lastlogontimestamp for more than 30days from current date

Sorry for the confusion, but we are not sure what exactly the issue is. When generating the report you just need to select a scope and a time period. If you face any errors and/or warnings, please, provide us with screenshots. You can post them here or send to us at support@adaxes.com.

Is there a comparison between the OnPrem user object and Entra user object in the built-in condition? Which determines the most recent inactivity from both environments. Or should a choice be made between the OnPrem domain or Entra based on the Activity scope?
