I'm sure I'm missing something simple. We sync on-prem accounts to the cloud using ADConnect / so Adaxes sees two accounts for all synced users. Is there a way to only see on-prem users in the web interface? For example under My Team, it list 2 of every person. How can I limit this to either on-prem or Azure AD

Hello,

You can set the top level node so that only objects located in a certain container (e.g. on-premises AD managed domain) are available in the Web interface. For details, have a look at the following tutorial: https://www.adaxes.com/help/PreventUsersFromViewingTheStructure/#change-top-level-node.

Can't add on-prem users to Azure AD group

We have a Hybrid enviroment where our On-Prem AD is leading. We also have cloud only groups. Now I need to give key users rights to manage the memebership of the cloud ... cannot select the On-Prem domain. The option is greyed out. Am I missing something?

Duplicate user accounts after connecting Entra domain and on-prem domain.

I connected my local AD domain as well as my Entra domain in Adaxes, however I am now seeing duplicate user accounts, one under our local AD and the other from ... Connect, and it's confusing determining which user is in which location when making updates.

Hi team, we see sometimes the following behavior: Changing a user mailbox to shared, is just moving on-prem mailbox of this user to shared. Online mailbox seems not to ... . What will happen with online mailbox? Will Adaxes generate a remote mailbox at all?
