By default, ADAxes seems to want to set the AD "name" attribute the same as the "displayname" attribute. How would I add a user pattern that would set the "name" attribute to the value of "samaccountname"?

When I try to add the "name" attribute to the user patterns, I cannot see the attribute even when I select "Show All Properties".

The "name" attribute appears in the first column of a search in Active Directory Users and Computers as well as the ADAxes Administration Console find feature.

Thanks

Hello,

In the Name column, the Full Name property is displayed. So, you need to modify the value generation pattern the Full Name property, not for the Name property.

Got it. Works great. Thank you.
