At user creation, when the inbox is created, I'd like to be able to format the address as firstname.lastname@domain.com for some users. Other users firstnameintial.lastname@domain.com, is this possible? Envornment is hybrid O365. Thanks!

Hello,

As far as we understand, you need to create an Exchange mailbox. If so, have a look at the following tutorial, it describes how to automate Exchange mailbox configuration and provides configuration examples: https://www.adaxes.com/help/AutomateExchangeMailboxConfiguration. If this is not what you meant, please, provide us with all the possible details regarding the required behavior with screenshots and live examples. You can post screenshots here or send them to us at support@adaxes.com.

Not exactly what I meant, but I belive the issue is resolved. I was able to succesfuly create mailboxes, but not in the format I wanted. I found that if I modify the propertly patterns I can adjust how the email address is formated during creation. I created a few test accounts and everything seems to be working as expected.

I noticed that other identity management solutions have a way for new user to claim their account. This would be helpful so we can help all of our new students (who do not ... ) claim their account and reduce the burden on our help desk. Thanks for your help.
