Hello,

All the statuses refer to different states of user accounts. They all come from AD and are not related to Adaxes:

  • Account is disabled means that the corresponding flag is set in the Account Options property of the user.
  • Acount is locked out means that the account got locked by AD for exceeding the allowed number of failed logon attempts.
  • Account is expired means that the date in the Account Expires property is already in the past.

It is not possible to manually set any of the three statuses. They are automatically applied whenever the corresponding actions are performed. The statuses themselves can be used in conditions of Adaxes business rules, scheduled tasks, etc. For example: image.png

I am unsure how to deal with this because of how Adaxes treats one identity account as two different objects, an AD and AzureAD user account, and both has different last logon values. What is a good way to combine the data?

I know it is based on an attribute held in adaxes. What info does adaxes look at to determine the date? Just want to understand how the cake is baked.

I belive we may have opened a ticket for this question in the past but I can't find the answer. We have a need to delay changing user attributes until their ... title, and department until the scheduled date. Any help would be much much appreciated. Thanks!
