We have a primary domain / tenant in addition to a secondary tenant. Only a subset of users have accounts on the secondary tenant and the account names dont map cleanly to our domain / primary tenant. Is there any recommended way for me to allow for management of this?

Ideally Id like to be able to navigate to a user's account, and click "provision secondary tenant account" or reset MFA / whatever.

Hello,

If you need to be able to manage cloud-only objects, the only option is to register the corresponding Entra domain in Adaxes. The following article will be helpful: https://www.adaxes.com/help/RegisterUnregisterManagedDomain. On step 5, select Cloud domain.

Im having trouble setting up two M365 accounts for a user. They have their primary synced domain account, but then they also have a second non-synced account in a separate domain. Is it possible to manage both for a single user within adaxes?

Hello,

You can have three domains registered (on on-premises AD and two from Entra). And three accounts created (same as for doamins). However, if you look at the properties of the on-premises AD account only information of the synchronized Entra account will be displayed. There is no possibility to display information about both Entra accounts the same way.

I am wondering what the expected behavior is, and what troubleshooting can be done, for this issue: We have a few tenants listed under Cloud Services > Office 365 We ... know, but they don't have access to force the license update themselves. Thanks, Jason

When setting up a rule based group, GMSA objects are not visible. Is there a setting or view I need to add to make these availabe to rule based groups, or is it simply not an option?

Hi all, Just wondering when Adaxes actually determines the current unmanaged/managed user counts - is it random, scheduled, or a manual thing? Also, does it randomly re-determine ... the script ran successfully every night, so I am not sure here. Cheers all.
