ADuser PassReset Security Risk

Hi , i have a big problem.

The password reset is not working properly. it does reset users password but when i reset password like this Jan2025! i can log in with the old password too. It is a big problem is there anything im doing wrong?

For troubleshooting purposes, please, describe all the steps you take to reproduce the behavior in all the possible details with screenshots. Additionally, please, provide us with a screenshot of the Multi-server environment dialog. The dialog displays how many Adaxes services you have and what their versions are. Security role is not propagating to objects within the Business Unit

I have applied a security role to a group at the top of a Business Unit Container and set it to apply to the subtree and it does, all Containers and Business Units do ... Unit. Did I apply the permissions wrong or is there some setting I need to change?
