Account Expire date is wrong

Hi,

someone noticed this information about account expire of a user yesterday image.png

Looking at the attribute itself, I see a mismatch of one day in Adaxes: image.png

Compared to AD: image.png

The value of accountExpires is 133837884000000000 and converted to Wednesday, February 12, 2025 12:00:00 AM so end of 11th Feb and not the 10th.

Is this a known issue? Or do we need to adjust some setting in Adaxes?

Hello,

This is not an issue and the behavior is expected. Moreover, it comes from AD and is not related to Adaxes. First of all, whenever you update the Account Expires property, it is set to the end of the previous day in AD. There is no possibility to change that. As the property is a date one, its values are displayed depending on time zones. As such, you can see February 10 in one time zone and February 11 in another while the actual expiration date was set to February 12.

Expire account format

Hello, Since last version, the "expire account" format is dd/Mmmm/aaaa (in a french browser). We have in our organization a blind man for who this format is not friendly. Is there a way to get back to a dd/mm/aaaa format ? Thanks for your response, Yoann Hamon
