I changed a password on my Domain Admin account yesterday, I come in today and my HelpDesk is reporting the Adaxes interface is reporting an error, "The Username and or password are incorrect." So to fix it, I changed my Domain Admin account back to what it was, and Adaxes was fine again.
So, I guess I used my Domain Admin account as the Adaxes Service Account? Can I verify this, or do I need to just reinstall the service?
And when I reinstall the service, I'll put it on a dedicated account with the proper permissions. To reinstall the Adaxes Service Account, do I run the MSI, and then remove the Adaxes Service Account, then go back and install it?
