Support,

I ran the report for Inactive Users for 7 and 30 days. In the results I know some of the users have logged in. Why are they showing up in report?

Update 2018

You can use a built-in report, Inactive users. By default, the report is located in container Reports\All Reports\Users. It is based on the Last Logon, Last Logon Timestamp and Password Last Set properties which allows to provide up to date information. For details on how to create custom reports in Adaxes, have a look at the following tutorial: https://www.adaxes.com/tutorials_ActiveDirectoryManagement_CreateReport.htm.

Original

The Inactive Users report is based on the Last Logon property of AD users.
Please check the Last Logon property of the users that you think were included in the report by mistake.
