Self-Service Client GPO

I'm tying Adaxes and i would like to deply Active Directory Self-Service Password Reset
I follow the tutorial :
> create Computer GPO to deploy the software (ignore language when deploying this package, Make this 32-bit x86 application available to Win64 machines)
> Disable Fast Login to ensure deployment at restart
> Add computer to this test OU

I run Gpupdate /force, it validate the GPO :
The Group Policy Client Side Extension Software Installation was unable to apply one or more settings because the changes must be processed before system startup or user logon. The system will wait for Group Policy processing to finish completely before the next startup or logon for this user, and this may result in slow startup and boot performance

Si i restart several time but still not install

I was able to fix this by enabling Computer Configuration > Policies > Administrative Templates > System > Group Policy > Policy > Startup policy processing
Changed amout to wait (in seconds) to 30

I know it says it defaults to 30 seconds if left unconfigured but just enabling the policy worked for me ironically. After enabling the policy it defenitely fixed my problem
