We have two feilds, BirthDate and HireDate and we want to add new hires to a group if the differance is less than 40 years. Is there a scrip already that would do this?

There is no need to use scripts. It can be done using the If <property><relation><value> condition as below, where CustomAttributeDate1 stands for the birth date and CustomAttributeDate2 stands for the hire date:
When setting up a rule based group, GMSA objects are not visible. Is there a setting or view I need to add to make these availabe to rule based groups, or is it simply not an option?

Is it possible to create a business unit and have it auto populate with group owners in a specific OU. I've tried a few scripts to get propertie adm-managedbylist but none have worked so far.
