Hello!

Out of the box Adaxes does not integrate with third-party tools. However, if the tool has an API, you can send requests to it from Adaxes using PowerShell scripts. Unfortunately, we were not able to find any information regarding exporting OneNote notebooks using PowerShell scripts. We suggest you to consider a possibility to contact Microsoft Support on this regard.
