We are looking to help managers configure Out of Office responses for their employees. The approach we are thinking is a link on the Adaxes Help Desk portal that would gather the subject, body, start and end date and pass that into our Google GAM tool.
The only way I can think about making this work is to store all the data in the user's object, then have a trigger after a user is modified to set the OOO and remove the information gathered.
Is there a different approach we can take?
