I turned on the option to have "Approve" and "Deny" links sent in the approval request email. It seems to not be working through. Here is a screenshot of what it looks like when we click on the link. I also tried using incognito mode in chrome. Same look.

Hello Mark,

The issue occurs because the Common Sign In Web interface URL was registered for Adaxes service. It was fixed in Adaxes 2021.1. To remedy the issue now, you need to change the URL to the one of a specific Web interface: https://www.adaxes.com/help/RegisterWebInterface.
