HelpDesk Portal Unlock Account Default Action

I just got the help desk portal up and running. But I am having an issue with unlocking accounts in the web ui. I am unable to view all users in AD I can only view 3-4 users. I am have no issues with resetting passwords or disenrolling users. Any idea why this is happening?

Hello,

When you use the Unlock Account home page action, only locked out user accounts are displayed.

Unlock Account in a 3rd Party External Application

AD is our identity source for Okta. When a user's AD account locks, the corresponding Okta account locks too. When the user self-unlocks the AD account via Adaxes, the ... there a way where Adaxes can also unlock the Okta account by leveraging Okta's API?

"After Account Unlock" Business Rule

We would like to create a ticket in our ticketing system after a user's account is unlocked. I would like to use a business rule to do this so that it happens automatically. I don't see an option for this. I only see "After updating a user:"

Access denied message when trying to unlock an account

I have an issue we don't fully understand. We are running Adaxes v2018.2. Last night I logged in to unlock a user account. Under the "User Management" section I clicked " ... been made to any of our accounts. Any suggestions as to where to look next? Thanks.
