AD is our identity source for Okta. When a user's AD account locks, the corresponding Okta account locks too. When the user self-unlocks the AD account via Adaxes, the corresponding Okta account doesn't unlock right away. In this case, the Okta account won't unlock until after the next automated AD-to-Okta sync occurs. Is there a way where Adaxes can also unlock the Okta account by leveraging Okta's API?

Hello,

If Okta has an API that allows making such requests, a script executed in a business rule triggering After unlocking a user account should work just fine. Unfortunately, we do not have anything like that as it is totally about Okta functionality. However, if you have a working script from Okta, we will do our best to help you adjust it to be executed in Adaxes.

We just updated this weekend to 2017.2 and wanted to know if there is a why to setup the option to have a locked user text to unlock their account. Maybe using their employeeID or something similar as an identifiable attribute. Please advise.

I just got the help desk portal up and running. But I am having an issue with unlocking accounts in the web ui. I am unable to view all users in AD I can only ... resetting passwords or disenrolling users. Any idea why this is happening? Here is what I see:
