Hi, I hope you are in good health.

I have a problem regarding the office 365 license my problem is:

I have a case where if HR adds a new AD user, HR can find out how many licenses are available before adding a new AD user. In this case to see the number of available licenses HR does not need to open the "Administration Console" and there is no need to open the "admin 365" portal. Is that possible to do? for example using a script or display it in another form?

Hello,

Yes, it is possible. sorry I forgot to tell my case in detail,

In my case, HR does not add new employee data through the web console, but HR enters employee data in the HRIS system, so can HR add new employee data in the HRIS system and find out the number of office 365 licenses without opening the web console.

As you are using some third-party software, this is not a question about Adaxes. You need to consider addressing the request to the support team of the HRIS system.
