Thank you this is the Report. Just have couple question.

I want to check a user group and only see the nested groups. Is it possible filter out the nested groups? If so, is there a parameter that can be set to display only groups from the specific OU.

Hello,

Sorry for the confusion, but we are not sure on the desired result. Do you want to select a user and see only the groups located in a specific OU where the user is a member of indirectly (groups the user is a direct member of will not be present in the report)? If this is not what you need, please, describe the desired report in all the possible details with live examples.

almost but not, what i to see is if the User member of indirectly groups is in a specific OU (of Groups). Hope i described it better.
