Hello,

after upgrading to Adaxes 2023 we lost connection to Web Interface Configurator. Adaxes and Adaxes Web Interface are ok and users are able to login.

URL http://xx.xx.xx/AdaxesConfig/ gives error "Fatal Error" and tells Request parameters are invalid or missing.

Upgrade was done by backing up, uninstall Adaxes, install Adaxes and then restore. That went ok except I had to start manually Softerrra Adaxes service after restoring settings.

After updating from 2020.1 to 2021.1, my IIS keeps throwing a 404 not found error when attempting to access the Web interface configurator. I'm thinking that the path could be wrong or something could be missing?

We've uninstalled the previous version via the "add/Remove Programs" feature in Windows 10, but we still get an error saying that another version of the client is still installed and won't allow us to run the .MSI installer. How can we get around this?
