ScriptManager error on MyProperties.aspx page

Question

Some of our employees get a "ScriptManger is required on the Page" error when they try to change their profile picture from the Self Service screen.

Since it does not happen to everyone, it's difficult to debug this error. Do you have any idea why this might happen?

It happens when they click "Save" after picking a picture

This is in IE 11 and Chrome. For other users it works on both.

Our Adaxes verison is 2015 3.7.131220.0 (64 bit)

Unfortunately, IIS wraps and hides the actual error message, so we cannot identify the root cause of the issue. To help us with troubleshooting the issue further, we need you to do the following:

1. Download a custom build of Adaxes (see download links below).
2. Install the build instead of your current version. For information on how to do that, see section Upgrade to New Version in our Installation Notes: http://www.adaxes.com/resources/InstNotes.htm#upgrade.
3. Reproduce the issue.
4. Send us a screenshot of the error message that you see in the browser and also a copy of Adaxes Event Log on the computer where Adaxes Web interface is installed. For information on how to view it, see the following help article: http://www.adaxes.com/help/?ServiceAdmi ... ntLog.html.
