Shared mailboxes are treated as standard users, however they really should have a separate view. I would like to request that a new view is made avaiilable for Shared Mailboxes.

For the view the only thing that is interesting are the logon names (upn, samaccountname, name) and the exchange properties.

other things like employeeid, office location, data from HR systems, windows profile, etc are not really relevant.

Hello,

Thank you for the suggestion. Unfortunately, there is no possibility to have separate forms for shared mailboxes. The thing is that it will require adding a separate object type in Adaxes (like it is done for Equipment mailboxes) and it is a common practice to convert mailboxes to shared during deprovisioning. As a result, with the feature you are requesting there will be a lot of conflicting situations. For example, if a mailboxes is converted to shared, business rules and security roles will stop working for the user. However, if we find a way to apply the feature avoiding all the conflicts, we will definitely do that.
