Shared Mailboxes - "The operation couldn't be performed because object 'Identity' couldn't be found on 'DC'.

Question

When trying to manage Shared Mailboxes in the GUI I'm receiving this error, this is after moving the Shared Mailbox to 365, I assume it's because there's no license and the Mailbox is in the cloud so the Get-Mailbox function doesn't work. What is the proper way to handle these mailboxes in Adaxes if possible?

That is not correct. Shared mailboxes do not require a Microsoft 365 license and work fine in this case via Adaxes. There can be various causes of the issue. For troubleshooting purposes, please, provide us with a screenshot of the Multi-server environment dialog. The dialog displays how many Adaxes services you have and what their versions are.
