When trying to manage Shared Mailboxes in the GUI I'm receiving this error, this is after moving the Shared Mailbox to 365, I assume it's because there's no license and the Mailbox is in the cloud so the Get-Mailbox function doesn't work. What is the proper way to handle these mailboxes in Adaxes if possible?

Hello,

That is not correct. Shared mailboxes do not require a Microsoft 365 license and work fine in this case via Adaxes. There can be various causes of the issue. For troubleshooting purposes, please, provide us with a screenshot of the Multi-server environment dialog. The dialog displays how many Adaxes services you have and what their versions are. For information on how to view it, see https://www.adaxes.com/help/MultiServerEnvironment. You can post the screenshot here or email to us at support@adaxes.com.

Hello,

Thank you for the provided screenshot. Is the account you face the error for included into the associated scope of your Microsoft 365 tenant registered in Adaxes? For details on how to check that, see https://www.adaxes.com/help/LookupTenantForUser.

Also, please, enable tracing of requests sent to Exchange servers, reproduce the issue and send us (support@adaxes.com) the log file. For information on how to enable the tracing, have a look at the following help article: https://www.adaxes.com/help/EnableExchangeRequestLogging.

Thank you, that was it. The OU was not in the scope of the tenant.
