Hello,

Thank you for specifying. It looks like the issue occurs when the Connext-ExchangeOnline cmdlet is executed during the registration of the tenant in Adaxes. For further troubleshooting, please, do the following:

  1. Enable logging of requests sent Exchange: https://www.adaxes.com/help/EnableExchangeRequestLogging. Reproduce the issue and send us the trace file at support@adaxes.com.
  2. Try executing the Connect-ExchangeOnline cmdlet in Windows PowerShell on the computer where the Adaxes service is installed. Do you face the same error in this case?

Thanks.

Connect-ExchangeOnline was failing from Powershell.

Get-PackageSource returned as unable to find Pakagsource, I had to run the below then installed the Exchange Module .

Register-PackageSource -Name MyNuGet -Location https://www.nuget.org/api/v2 -ProviderName NuGet

After this I was abole to register the M365 tenant
