Creating a New Inactive Users Report

As there's no built-in way (at least that I can find) to create new reports I was going to try and create one myself using a scheduled task. I'm trying to create a report ... this to work? I'd like one email with all the users, not one email per user. Thanks!

How can I get this to trigger properly when a new user is created by script?

The rule runs but since the first name and last name are passed as parameters, I only get the sequential # as a userID without the initials.

With the recent change in LAPS How do we access the new ms-LAPS Attributes in Adaxes

We use Server 2022 Active Directory Domain Services with the new LAPS Password Management system. Access to the old ms-Mcs-AdmPwd is no longer a valid option for displaying the ... ADaxes Just a little history - I have been using Adaxes and LAPS since 2012.
