I need to disable the Self-Service Password reset. Is there an easy way to do that? Or do you have to delete everything to disable it?

Hello Keith,

You need to disable Password Self-Service policies and disable Windows Integration. To do so:

  1. Launch Adaxes Administration Console.
  2. Navigate to Configuration\ Password Self-Service and select Policies.
  3. Right-click a policy in the Result Pane.
  4. Click Disable in the context menu and then click Yes.
  5. Select Windows Integration in the Console Tree.
  6. De-select Allow users to reset their passwords from the Windows logon screen and click Save.
