Hej ho,

If my session timed out and I refresh the page or even pages, everytime I start on home - no matter which object was opened before.

Thats kind of annoying, if you opened 10+ objects and then time out kicks in :D Is this something we can change?

Hi,

so I login and open a user

Then I leave the browser open for some time, I got logged out and have option to Sign In

I am redirected to IdP (Okta) and sign in

  • https://<adaxes-url>.com/Adaxes/<portal-name>#/Home

Hello,

Thank you for the provided details. As far as we understand, you enabled the Idle session sign out feature in the configuration of the Web interface, and you are automatically signed out when inactive for the specified period of time. If so, unfortunately, there is no possibility to automatically redirect the user to the same object that was opened before the user was signed out. However, thank you for the suggestion, we have forwarded it to the corresponding department for consideration.

I think this started happening back in August when we updated to the current version (3.13.18.106.0). We are not sure though because this only affects the web page ... We would prefer not to allow access through a firewall for this. Screenshot of the error:
