Review and approve group members

I am looking for a way to make the Owners of groups review members in those groups every 6 months and approve\deny the members of said group.

Flow would be something like this,

Report of members of group that you own. > Email the report to the owner>

Email say something like "Please Approve the current members of this group" and then lists out the group members.

Then they have a button to approve or deny the list. If they deny it, it should then ask them which members need to be removed.

Can adaxes do something like that? I was thinking of just making each group re-add all of the group members every six months, which would trigger and approval to owner of the group. So if they didnt approve it, the user would no longer have access.

Hello,

Using an approval workflow like you mentioned is the only option. Pay attention that there will be a separate email for each member. Unfortunately, there is no possibility have an email based workflow like the one you described.
