Hey Everyone,

As of Thursday last week (8/31), we have been unable to connect to our Office 365 Tenant through Adaxes. I'm attaching the error we are receiving when I attempt to re-enter our Tenant administrator credentials.

I have verified the credentials are active, and I can login to our tenant via a web browser and they authenticate fine. I am unable to reach the IP listed in the error while on our network or off network (157.56.55.77:443).

Is anyone else having problems with this?

Hello Ben,

For troubleshooting purposes, enable tracing of commands sent to Exchange Servers, reproduce the error and post here or send us the log file. For information on how to do that, see the following help article: http://www.adaxes.com/help/?HowDoI.Perf ... uests.html.

Thanks for the fast reply. I'm making this change and rebooting the service tonight. More information after that.

Thanks,

Ben

I had received the same error message. I was able to resolve this though.

Make sure that the admin account you are using for the Office 365 tenant is not in the Unmanaged Users, the ones that are setup as restricted users to prevent them from using licenses.

Once I had removed the account from there, re-entered the password in the Admin Tenant field, it synced right away.
