I'm lost as to why "Create User" doesn't show up. I made a new dashboard, mirroring the default Help Desk. Under Actions, I enabled Create User. On the web interface, the option to create a user is not showing. Am I missing a step? image.png

Hello,

First of all, make sure to refresh the Web interface page using Ctrl+F5 after saving the changes in the Web interface configurator. Additionally, check whether the Create User action is configured to be visible for the account you are signed-in with. For details, have a look at the Action visibility section of the following tutorial: https://www.adaxes.com/help/ConfigureActionsPane/#action-visibility. Also, make sure that the signed-in account has permissions to create users. By permissions here we mean those that are granted by Adaxes security roles. If the signed-in account does not have permissions to perform certain operations, the corresponding actions will not be displayed in the Web interface. For information on how to grant right to create users, have a look at the following tutorial: https://www.adaxes.com/help/GrantRightsToCreateUsers.
