Can I grant email access while account is expired?

Question

I have a scheduled task that "EXPIRES" user account for non-compliance of government directive. I send email to inform user with instructions. This email is sent to the user's outlook account (exchange). The user must be able to logon to the enterprise windows to have access to the email for instructions. My question is How can the user access the email while account is expired?

Unfortunately, there is no such possibility. Expired user accounts cannot log in. the limitation comes from AD and is not related to Adaxes.
