Is there a procedure to fix Adaxes after changing the IP address of the server? The Adaxes sevices start, but I can not connect the to admin console or web page after changing IP of the server.

What exactly do you mean by can not connect? If you face any error messages, please, provide screenshots. You can post them here or send to us at suport@adaxes.com.

Do we understand correctly that you just change the IP address of the computer where Adaxes service runs, the service starts and keeps running, but only the Administration console and Web interface fail to connect?

Website shows:

Fatal Error Adaxes service connection failed

In the Admin console, I simply get a red X over the server name and a "The Directory Service is unavailable" error

All I'm trying to do is change the server IP to move it to a new subnet. This time, I simply changed the IP to a different IP in the same subnet:

192.168.1.24 -> 192.168.1.244

No other change. Did not restart the Adaxes services either, but that has not had a positive affect. No host file entries or anything.

Hello,

Thank you for specifying. After changing the IP address of the computer where Adaxes service runs, you need to restart the computer itself. After that on the Softerra Adaxes Service Windows service start the required adjustments should be done automatically in Adaxes.

This did not work. Same error. In fact, this was the original process I tried.

This is working now. I left it sit for a while and it started working.
