Hello,

We're replicating our logs to an external SQL database whose records go back several years.

If we wanted to set a retention on these external logs, is there an approved method or setting somewhere to trim the logs in the external log DB?

Thank you for any guidance provided.

Hello Kevin,

There is no such possibility in Adaxes. However, you can trim your external database using the SQL scheduler. For details, have a look at the following example: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/140 ... rtain-time. For information about Adaxes database structure, have a look at the following help article: http://www.adaxes.com/help/?LoggingConc ... gDBDiagram.

That's where I was leaning, but I just wanted to make sure. Thank you!
