Hi Team,

Is there a way i can give the helpdesk an option to see why a users account has been locked?

Hello,

User accounts get locked out only when a predefined number of failed logon attempts occurs. At the same time, it happens in AD itself and you will never see logs on the lockout itself or anything else in Adaxes. However, you can see Web interface logon attempts including failed ones in the general log.
