Hi Team,

Is there a way i can give the helpdesk an option to see why a users account has been locked?

Hello,

User accounts get locked out only when a predefined number of failed logon attempts occurs. At the same time, it happens in AD itself and you will never see logs on the lockout itself or anything else in Adaxes. However, you can see Web interface logon attempts including failed ones in the general log.

When trying to authenticate M365 Cloud Serice, it says the account used doesn't have enough permissions, but it does. It has Active Global Admin: I was able to get it with the ... ? It says Global Admin (Which it has) OR the follow 2. So it should work.
